Ernährung: Carcharodontosaurus s. macht normalerweise Jagd auf große Pflanzenfresser, kann aber auch kleiner Beutetiere effektiv erlegen.
Verhalten: Carcharodontosaurus s. ist ein massiger und gefährlicher Theropode, der zu den Spitzenpredatoren zählt. Carcharodontosaurus s. ist sehr gefährlich , da er einen sehr starken Jagdtrieb hat und so auch kleine Beute angreift , obwohl sie eigentlich nicht wirklich ins Betespektrum passt. Dieses ist eher auf große Dinosaurier wie Sauropoden beschränkt. Carcharodontosaurus s. ist zwar langsam , aber sehr ausdauernd. Somit kann er einem Beutetier mehrere Stunden lang hinterherrennen. Carcharodontosaurus s. ist sehr territorial , besonders gegen Artgenossen. Nur wenige andere Fleischfresser duldet er in seinem, relativ großen Territorium. Dazu zählt Spinosaurus aegyptiacus, da zwischen den beiden Spitzenräubern keine Konkurrenz besteht.
